a graduate from Central Missouri State University with a degree in Elementary Education. She has a Masters of Science in Education with a Reading Specialization from the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She holds an Oregon teaching license with specialist attachments in Reading. Mrs. Fisher comes to us with high recommendations and served two local Catholic Schools with distinction. Mrs. Fisher serves as our Religion Coordinator, helping guide our Religious program with prayer, ideas and input.

Mr. Harkness holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Portland in Political Science/History. He is currently in the PACE (Pacific Alliance of Catholic Education) Master's Program at the University of Portland. PACE is part of a national association of Catholic Universities known as the University Consortium for Catholic Education. These programs help prepare and place highly qualified individuals with co-sponsoring schools around the United States. Mr. Harkness will teach Social Studies and Religion as well as assisting with Middle School PE and serve as the 6th Grade Homeroom teacher.

Mrs. Haugsten has spent close to twenty years teaching in the Portland Archdiocese. She is an accomplished teacher that has also been assigned to teaching Middle School Literature and Grammar. She earned her degree and teaching license from Portland State is designated as a "Highly Educated Teacher" by the University as determined by the "No Child Left Behind Act".

Marcella Hatfield
Mrs. Hatfield earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Oregon State University and her Master's degree in Exercise Science at the University of Wisconsin. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the Physical Education program here.
Spanish
Margaret Rutledge
earned her degree at Linfield College in Elementary Education with minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies. She recently earned her Master's degree from Portland State University and holds a current Oregon Teaching License. Mrs. Rutledge brings a wonderful enthusiasm for not only the language but also for the cultures of Latin American and Spain.
